     自成立至今,集团公司在领导班子建设、员工队伍建设及人力资源工作管理中,取得了显著成绩。十五年中,全集团员工人数继续呈良性增长态势,人才结构逐步合理,员工队伍充满朝气,为集团可持续健康发展提供了有力的人才和智力支撑。员工平均受教育年限13.41/人;平均年龄36岁,在同行业企业中最年轻。 

展望未来,集团公司将继续坚持以人为本,紧紧围绕生产经营、改革发展中心工作,适应产权多元化改革和市场经济的挑战,创新人力资源管理机制,构建科学的人力资源开发与管理体系,全面加强四支队伍建设,建设一支懂经营会管理的复合型经营管理人才队伍、建设一支专业技术人才队伍、建设一支高技能人才队伍、建设一支会生产管理的政治思想人才队伍,为实现集团公司战略目标提供强有力的人才支持和智力保障。 

Since the establishment of the company, the group company has got outstanding achievement in leader’s team construction, employees’ team construction and human resources working management. During the 15 years, the number of the employees in the whole group continues to increase healthily and the composition of trained personnel tends to be reasonable and the employee’s team is full of vitality, providing strong personnel and intelligence support for the sustainable healthy development for the group. The employees’ average length of education is 13.41 years/person; average aged 36, the youngest among the same industrial enterprises.
